We are seeking a strategic leader committed to excellence and passionate about food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee the company's Quality and Food Safety strategy.
Ensure full compliance with ISO ***** standards and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring the maintenance of certifications.
Monitor performance indicators and implement effective action plans.
Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and other key departments to ensure process integrity.
Manage customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions.
Profile Requirements
Degree in Food Engineering, Quality Management, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Proven experience in Quality leadership roles, preferably within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of ISO ***** and food safety management systems (like FSSC *****, IFS...).
Experience in the meat production industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
High level of organization, rigor, and results orientation.
Critical thinking and the ability to drive structural improvements.
