Administrative Assistant Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day company operations, including handling administrative tasks such as accounting, HR, logistics, and more. They will also assist with venue communication, liaising with venues to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and coordinate event logistics.
In addition, the Administrative Assistant will collaborate with the event production team to gather venue requirements, ensuring all event needs are met and exceeding client expectations. They will also assist with office budgets and expenses, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
