We're looking for a PMO professional to join our team in Lisbon on a hybrid working model
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Model: Hybrid (1–2 days per week)
Type: Full-time
What You'll Do:
Support the planning, execution, and governance of cross-functional projects.
Develop and implement project management frameworks, templates, and reporting tools.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
Identify risks and help resolve project roadblocks.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a PMO or project management role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
Fluent in French
