Job Description:
* Lead technical project management from concept to delivery.
* Ensure compliance with defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
* Facilitate collaborative management among project team members.
* Maintain effective communication with the team, Project Manager, and client.
* Manage budget allocated to engineering and forecast reporting.
* Properly plan projects involving all specialties and dependencies.
* Create technical reports for formal communication with the client.
* Manage resource capacity with appropriate competence for project tasks.
* Plan engineering milestones for timely delivery according to the overall project plan.
* Identify, monitor, and communicate critical path with the team.
* Supervise use of Ms Planner, ProjectWise, and Ms Project by team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or similar.
* 6-8 years of experience in Railway Signaling area.
* 2-3 years of experience in Technical Management roles.
* Training and certification in project management (PMI or IPMA).
* Experience with engineering applications and railway signaling design.
* Experience with Electronic Interlocking and ETCS technologies.
* Experience with IT systems and command and control centers.
* Familiarity with CENELEC 50126, 50128, and IEC 62443 standards.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
