Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, growing and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and nurturing client relationships, onboarding and growing new customers, guiding and coaching customers through implementation and support, and providing trusted partnership services to achieve business growth.
Requirements:
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive long-term growth and retention.
* Onboard and grow new customers by providing tailored support and training.
* Guide and coach customers through implementation and support to ensure successful adoption.
* Provide trusted partnership services to customers to drive business growth and satisfaction.
* Able to identify opportunities for expansion and growth within existing customer accounts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in managing complex B2B SaaS products.
* Ability to think creatively and proactively solve problems.
