The primary responsibilities of this role include:

* Designing, developing, and implementing engaging e-learning modules using Captivate and Articulate.
* Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze content requirements.
* Creating interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences aligned with instructional design principles.
* Conducting needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content to specific audiences.
* Developing storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for e-learning courses.
* Ensuring all learning materials are accessible and compliant with industry standards (SCORM, AICC, WCAG).
* Evaluating and revising existing e-learning content to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
* Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning platforms and tools.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning solutions.
* Demonstrating maturity and professionalism in working to meet client requirements and managing client-facing interactions.
* Adapting to ambiguity and thriving in an ever-changing environment.
