We are looking for a talented and accomplished French Quality Analyst & Trainer to supervise an assigned team and meet or exceed client/corporate goals.
Our client is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, providing global, national, and industry-specific solutions.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Deliver training to new classes per client and Foundever standards.
- Build and deliver training updates to existing associates.
- Communicate with the client regarding training updates, plans, and feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client, ensuring expectations are met and concerns addressed.
- Manage the Training Road Map Tracker, ensuring accuracy and alignment with program requirements.
- Monitor training progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide updates and recommendations on training to drive program success.
- Ensure training aligns with client quality initiatives.
- Participate in relevant meetings and conference calls, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
- Contribute to the Monthly Quality Report.
- Engage in meetings with supervisors and team leaders to discuss monitoring and training outcomes.
- Spend at least half a day per week as a CSR to maintain experience.
Requirements to succeed:
- Native or proficient French language skills (mandatory)
- Intermediate computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong numeric and verbal reasoning skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- People-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Experience with policy work and technology adoption
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to interact positively at all staff levels
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Willing to relocate or be a local candidate in Lisbon
- Availability to work full-time at Sete Rios site from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Experience as a Quality Analyst, Trainer, or similar role
