Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Care Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the right support according to their needs.
* Ensure timely and effective customer support through various communication channels.
* Follow up on company processes and workflows to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Process weekly reports (KPI analysis) for management.
* Provide training to new customers and/or suppliers.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve continuous improvement.
* Support the invoicing process of the company.
* Address daily unresolved customer or carrier issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Experience in logistics or transportation is advantageous.
* Tech-savvy, skilled in sales intelligence tools, email marketing, and marketing automation.
