Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Temporary Role – 6 Months) in Lisbon We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to temporarily lead and support our Recruitment area during a replacement period of approximately 6 months, ensuring the definition of strategic priorities and the effective management of a team of Talent Recruiters. In this role, you will contribute to business growth by strengthening service sales performance, supporting recruitment operations, and ensuring alignment with Multivision's values and brand identity. You will also play an active role in identifying opportunities, implementing recruitment strategies, and promoting high performance within the Talent Acquisition team. This is a temporary opportunity with strong exposure to the business and the potential to create a long-term fit for similar roles within the organization, depending on performance and future opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Talent Recruiters, defining recruitment strategies, priorities, and performance goals; Oversee ongoing recruitment processes, managing relationships with Business Managers and validating candidates to ensure alignment with business needs and opportunities; Support and mentor Talent Recruiters through regular follow-ups, promoting engagement, satisfaction, and business knowledge development; Identify training and development opportunities within the team, fostering continuous growth and improvement; Keep the team focused and motivated towards achieving both individual and collective objectives; Provide strategic guidance and daily operational support to the team, including the coordination of Ready 2 Go activities; Deliver training sessions and share best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across recruitment processes; Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality policies within the department, while maintaining alignment with the company's commercial strategy and values. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field; Previous experience in similar roles (preferably 5+ years); Good level of English (written and spoken); Strong knowledge of MS Office tools; Familiarity with professional networking and recruitment platforms; Strong critical thinking and learning agility; Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving; High emotional intelligence and strong people management skills; Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration abilities.
