We’re looking for an Application Support Specialist (L2) with a strong background in AS400, Unix, and banking systems to join one of our international clients. If you thrive in production environments and enjoy solving real-time issues, this one’s for you!
• 5+ years of overall experience in IT
• Minimum 2 years in L1/L2 support roles
• Solid AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Experience supporting banking products: Investment Instruments, Corporate Actions, Loans, Deposits, Remittances, Foreign Exchange
• Good understanding of general ledger and accounting schemes for financial products
• Excellent level of English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA
• Knowledge of Olympic / Midas systems
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base articles
• Comfortable working in production support teams with ticket escalation flows
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build trust
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
