Who You Are
- MSc/BSc. Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in a similar role however if you've been working in other production, continuous improvement roles we'd be happy to meet you.
- Logical thinking with practical and hands-on attitude will help your daily work.
- Team player attitude to cooperate and build relationship in a matrix, multi-cultural, international environment and within the own team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Your activities
- Use production resources and sales forecast to do production plans, estimate the equipment and resources needed to manufacture products.
- Evaluate production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
- Monitor production activity and analyze production data so that the flow of materials is timed meet production requirements.
- Adjust schedules to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material or labor shortages.
- Prepare work orders for production or purchase requests based on production schedules.
- Experience from SAP ERP system is considered as an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
