You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team by transforming business needs into clear, actionable insights. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our financial products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models and user stories.Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the FinTech, Banking, or SaaS industry.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
