Your Role & Responsibilities
We seek a Remote Technical Customer Support specialist to provide first and second level support for clients' production printers and Digital Front End. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical support via phone, chat, video, and email, troubleshooting software, hardware, and configuration issues.
2. Following up on open cases, troubleshooting, researching, and documenting solutions.
3. Investigating root causes and updating knowledge databases.
4. Collaborating with operations, support engineers, QA, and client teams.
Customer Service & Support Tasks
1. Handling client contacts, understanding technical issues, and resolving problems efficiently.
2. Supporting configuration and modification of devices and environments.
3. Logging interactions and resolutions in designated systems.
4. Escalating issues and supporting field engineers as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics.
- At least 2 years supporting IT, mechanical, or electronic systems, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Certifications like ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft, Linux, or Mac OS are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language skills: German (C2, Native) and English (B2, Independent).
