Job Opportunity – IT Analyst & Application Support (Banking Platform)

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team, supporting the transformation of our Global/Local Custody platform. This role focuses on enhancing operations, resolving technical issues, and modernising legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Projects
* Gather and analyse technical requirements
* Support change requests and testing
* Assist in project delivery and follow-up
* Identify improvement opportunities and promote best practices
* Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely updates
Application Support
* Provide Level 3 support and issue analysis
* Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth technical operations
* Document known issues and support processes
Technical Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Experience with Linux/Windows server management
* Scripting knowledge (Shell, Perl, Python, Ruby)
* Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket
* Understanding of application servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss)
* Experience with job schedulers (e.g. Control-M)
* Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, and system architecture (SSO, firewalls, load balancers)
Language Requirements:
* Fluent in English
* Italian is a plus
