The company solves complex challenges through unique and differentiated solutions that clients cannot find elsewhere.We are recruiting a Human Resources Generalist for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities are within the HR family as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.Supports, monitors and reports upon foundational HR processes, the Annual People Cycle and the onboarding process.Ensure all assigned HR tasks are planned and delivered on time, safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.Support the administrative management of the onboarding process, ensuring alignment with Hovione's procedures.Monitor and report HR KPIs, providing insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.Participate in HR round table meetings and contribute with presentations and analytical input.Propose improvements to HR processes and solve operational challenges.Support HR projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned.Support the development of the HSSC and related activities.Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal policies and procedures.QualificationsQualifications:University, or equivalent, qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or similar scientific field (mandatory)Typically requires 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and in Human Resources administrative/legal processesGood understanding and knowledge of human resources practicesFluency in English is a requirementComputer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office packageOfferInitial integration under a temporary employment contract.Based in Lisbon/LouresBase salaryMeal allowance
