Job Role Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions across digital channels. This involves executing communication campaigns, driving engagement and adoption of internal tools and services, as well as maintaining effective data management systems.

* Promote IT initiatives, tools, and services to internal stakeholders through clear, engaging, and user-focused communication;
* Guarantee users have positive experiences with IT systems, tools, and support by providing timely assistance and feedback;
* Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of programs, prioritizing stakeholder needs and expectations;
* Manage customer requests efficiently, guaranteeing proper follow-up and resolution;
* Maintain accurate records for stakeholder reporting, monitoring campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement;
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination;

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with strong digital marketing, management, or sales support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Planner, MS Teams, and SharePoint is also essential. Additionally, we require:

* Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese and other European languages is advantageous;
* Ability to work collaboratively across functions, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements;
* Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement;
* Familiarity with internal tools and processes;
* Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign analytics.
