A successful candidate for this role will have a solid understanding of business processes and be able to analyze and improve them. This position requires a team player with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in an Agile environment. Job Description

The Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. The Functional Analyst must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also be comfortable using various tools and technologies to track progress and manage workflows.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
* At least 2 years working in Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban)
* Experience writing user stories using Gherkin
* Proficient with JIRA and Confluence tools
* Fluency in English (read, spoken, written)
