/liliImplementing monitoring and supervise the application's technical and functional components.
/liliOrchestrating and managing the various releases within the scope.
/liliManaging requests for functiona/ technical upgrades.
/liliPerforming technical integration of applications based on existing products and services, in order to reduce implementation times.
/liliCreating and enriching the application document baseline.
Maintaining operating procedures.
/liliContributing to the processes belonging to the activity in compliance with requirements and carrying out the necessary remediations.
/liliAnalysing, measuring and improving the performance of the application's technical and functional components in order to improve the user experience.
/li /ulpbr/ppTechnical Skills: /pulliStrong hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL 7/8, SLES, Ubuntu) – system administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, kernel parameters.
/liliProficient in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or MS-SQL) – writing/optimising queries, analysing execution plans, basic DBA tasks (user/role management, backups).
/liliBash / Python (or PowerShell on Windows) – scripting for log parsing, health-checks, incident remediation.
/liliExperience with DevOps: /liliAnsible – playbook authoring, role development, inventory management, integration with CI/CD pipelines.
/liliBasic knowledge of Terraform / Helm (optional) for infrastructure provisioning.
/liliCloud environment tech support.
/liliKnowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (basic pod debugging, log aggregation).
/liliMonitoring /liliDynatrace – configuration of agents, custom metrics, dashboard creation, problem detection, root-cause analysis.
/liliFamiliarity with Prometheus / Grafana /liliUnderstanding of ITIL/ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release).
