We are looking for a Back Office Project Manager Support :
We are looking for a Back Office Project Manager Support to join a dynamic environment and contribute to high-impact projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting process improvements and ensuring the smooth coordination between project stakeholders and operations.
Main tasks
* Support the Back Office in high-impact projects by collecting, organizing, and managing critical information
* Act as a liaison between the Project Team and the Back Office, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives (e.g., transformation projects, internal committees) under the supervision of the Team Leader or Manager
* Produce project-related documentation (PowerPoint presentations, Excel analyses, business requirements, etc.)
* Actively contribute to reporting activities as an end user of reporting tools
* Support change management by understanding, explaining, and facilitating process updates
* Organize, facilitate, and participate in meetings, workshops, committees, and training sessions
* Handle high volumes of operational tasks and data with accuracy and within deadlines
Your Profile and Skills
* Previous experience in project support, operations, or back-office roles is a plus
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
* Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment
* Ability to understand, structure, and improve processes
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
* Strong analytical capability
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
Hybrid work model, with presence required in Lisbon office.
