Key Responsibilities:
* You will serve as an HR/IT SCRUM Master for our Total Rewards domain, overseeing the development and implementation of IT solutions that meet business demands.
* You will work closely with product owners to align business needs with our IT strategy and steer agile activities towards successful project delivery.
* Your responsibilities will include planning, managing, and delivering releases while ensuring adherence to our IT service management and compliance framework.
* You will identify cross-topic dependencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external teams to drive related activities forward.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or business administration is required.
* At least 3 years of experience driving agile developments and proficiency in IT solutions for managing agile processes are essential.
* You should have a broad knowledge of HR IT solutions and a good understanding of Total Rewards processes at a global scale.
* International and interdisciplinary project experience is highly valued, as is experience working with external IT service providers.
* Familiarity with healthcare industry compliance requirements is also important.
