Our client is a renowned multinational company.Expected duration:6 monthsLocation:LisbonWe're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our global recruiting operations and ensure a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You'll help us keep our global hiring engine running smoothly through solid coordination, data accuracy, and great communication.What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline status, time-to-fill, recruiter workload, and sourcing performance). Ensure data quality and compliance in Workday, acting as a go-to point for system updates, offers, and troubleshooting. Support global sourcing projects, building candidate lists and talent maps for priority roles. Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a top candidate experience. Partner on employer branding initiatives, including social media posts, referral campaigns, and content updates.Experience in Talent Acquisition coordination or operations, preferably in a global setting. Solid understanding of Workday Recruiting or another ATS. Strong reporting and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Nice to Have:Experience with sourcing tools and recruitment marketing (LinkedIn, Canva, job boards) Familiarity with vendor and financial processes (POs, invoices).Benefits:Salary + Benefits Hybrid work model
