Your
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards;
* Contribute to the preparation and
submission of financial and regulatory reports;
* Monitor and interpret changes in
banking regulations and assess their impact on internal processes;
* Assist in the continuous
improvement of reporting processes and internal controls.
Your
Profile:
* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
in Accounting, Management, Economics, or similar fields;
* Up to 2/3 years of experience in
banking accounting, or regulatory reporting;
* Understanding of the banking
industry, including products, operations, and regulatory environment;
* Knowledge of accounting standards
and financial reporting frameworks applicable to banks and financial
institutions;
* Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong communication skills in
English (written and spoken).
