We are looking for an Amazing: IT Continuity & Resilience Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and test IT continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems and services.
Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments to identify vulnerabilities, dependencies, and recovery priorities.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align continuity plans with operational requirements and recovery time objectives (RTOs).
Lead and coordinate IT disaster recovery exercises, ensuring lessons learned are captured and integrated.
Monitor and evaluate the resilience posture of infrastructure, networks, and applications.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, COBIT).
Support incident and crisis management teams during major IT outages or disruptions.
Maintain documentation, reports, and audit trails for regulatory and compliance purposes;
The amazing you, will have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field;
+3 years of professional experience in IT continuity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, or IT risk management.
Experience in IT Continuity & Resilience, expert in backup and restoration;
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
Experience in risk analysis, impact assessments, and recovery planning.
Good collaborative, communication and teamwork skills;
Experience in the banking sector is valued;
Any certification (CCRP, CRISC, ISO22301, ISO 27001) would be valued;
English is mandatory, portuguese and french is a plus;
Be available to do a hybrid model in Lisbon
