We are seeking a
Documentation Expert
to join our team in
Porto (hybrid model)
.
Requirements:
-Confluence Administration Expertise
– proven ability to design, restructure, and manage Confluence spaces, including migration of content, workflows, and access models.
-Access Management
– experience implementing group-based permissions, replacing individual access rights, and enforcing governance controls.
-Documentation & Reporting
– ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation (configurations, workflows, incidents) and deliver regular InfoSec reports.
-Workflow & Label Management
– skills in designing, optimizing, and standardizing workflows and document labels, ensuring ISO compliance and traceability.
-ISO Standards Knowledge
– strong understanding of ISO ****, ISO *****, and ISO *****, with experience aligning documentation, KPIs, and compliance checks to these frameworks.
-KPI & Dashboard Development
– expertise in defining KPIs, automating reporting, and building visualization dashboards (Power BI).
-Template & Document Governance
– ability to design standardized templates, enforce naming conventions, categorize documents, and ensure compliance with ownership and approval policies.
-Awareness & Training Delivery
– experience creating training materials and conducting user/admin awareness sessions on documentation and Confluence best practices.
-Operational Model Definition
– capacity to establish and document a sustainable Confluence operating model, including roles, responsibilities, and maintenance routines
