Coordinate forward-deployed teams and align with product teams and the enablement lead.
Drive stakeholder communication, steering routines, and transparent status reporting.
Plan and orchestrate test phases (IT, Core, KU) and cutover activities.
Ensure delivery quality, documentation completeness, and smooth handover to product/support teams.
Foster an agile, outcome-oriented delivery culture while managing change and impacts.
Required Skills Projects linked to SaaS based solutions: mainly Ariba Buying / guided Buying solution for NonStockPO's Understanding of end-to-end solutions, able to coordinate several teams during KU test sessions.
