Your Role
As an Order Support Specialist, you will handle back-office operations for one of the world's most iconic consumer tech brands. Your mission is to ensure every online order journey is smooth from purchase to delivery and provide expert support on escalated cases. You'll serve as the critical link between internal teams, logistics partners, and the customer, resolving issues quickly and thoroughly.
What You'll Do
* Manage escalations and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and care
* Collaborate with partners to investigate and resolve issues, removing the customer from complex loops
* Provide professional updates via phone and email
* Work in SAP to track order history, refunds, RMA, and more, following strict internal protocols
* Support compliance with back-office procedures in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
* Fluency in French (C2) and a good command of English (B2)
* Experience in back-office roles, order management, or logistics is a plus
* Outstanding problem-solving skills and decision-making autonomy
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
* Comfortable with SAP or eager to learn it
* Flexibility to work rotational shifts and occasional overtime when needed
* Positive team spirit and focus on customer satisfaction
* EU member state passport OR a valid residence card for Portugal (mandatory)
Training and Onboarding:
* 20 business days of paid, full-time training in English
* Covers tools (e.g., SAP), communication protocols, and customer care best practices
