The Coherence Company (TCC) is building coordination infrastructure for the exponential age.

Mission #1 is underway.
Four workstreams are opening: Sales & Growth, Communications, Ecosystem and Product & Dev - we are forming the founding teams for each.
ABOUT THIS ROLE This is a founding team level opportunity.
The Sales & Growth Lead will hold the vision of your workstream and build functions from the ground up - operating with full ownership, contributing to a company you will have a genuine stake in.
Compensation in the Seed phase operates under the Slicing Pie dynamic equity model.
Contribution is tracked in real time and reflected in equity proportional to actual input.
Cash compensation activates when the company reaches that stage.
This role is for someone whose primary currency right now is ownership, impact and the chance to build something genuinely new.
An invitation to take Coherence to market THE OPPORTUNITY The Sales & Growth Lead will own TCC's path from early conversations to signed contracts, validated market positioning and a credible growth trajectory in time for the September **** fundraising round.
This is a role for someone who finds genuine energy in opening new markets, who understands how to sell an experiential product that thrives in human connection rather than on a spec sheet.

THE WORK The core focus in the Seed phase: market validation across TCC's primary use cases - professional conferences, impact investing forums, ecosystem networks and large-scale NGOs.
Build and manage a pipeline toward Letters of Intent from anchor customers.
Design the sales process that leads with direct experience rather than over-explanation.
Develop the go-to-market strategy that positions Coherence as premium coordination infrastructure from day one.
Core focus areas in the Seed phase: Market validation across primary use case segments Building a pipeline toward Letters of Intent for the September **** raise Designing a sales process built around experience - leading with Coherence Conversations, not pitch decks Developing the go-to-market strategy and positioning for Coherence-as-a-Service Developing a relationship with the Coherence Community of Practice as a key sales funnel THE PROFILE A senior sales, business development, or go-to-market strategist with experience in enterprise or high-value B2B sales.
Genuine affinity for purpose-driven, regenerative, or new-paradigm organizations with the credibility to open doors within them.
A natural networker and relationship builder who operates from curiosity and genuine interest rather than a pitch script.
Experience selling a new category product - something that requires market education as well as sales skill - will be a strong asset.
Familiarity with events, networks, or movement-building spaces is highly relevant.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Senior sales, business development, or GTM background Track record closing high-value B2B relationships Experience in purpose-driven, impact, or regenerative business contexts Ability to build a sales function from scratch with founder-level ownership Strong network in conference, events, ecosystem, or impact investing sectors Comfort with a sales process that leads with relationship and experience Ability to work asynchronously and autonomously across a distributed team HOW TO APPLY The first step is a Coherence Conversation - a structured ***** minute dialogue with Victor or Christine, the TCC Co-Founders.
