Agile Delivery Lead
Location: Remote, Portugal
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead in agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and delivery practices
- Experience managing delivery across multiple squads simultaneously
- Strong facilitation skills running ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Ability to partner closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to balance priorities, scope and timelines
- Experience coordinating dependencies across engineering, QA and cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Engineering and Business functions
- Ability to maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks and issues and communicate transparently
- Experience working in value-stream or product-based delivery models
- Continuous improvement mindset with a servant leadership approach
