What You'll Do
* Make daily outbound calls and send emails to education sector decision-makers
* Build rapport, quickly assess needs, and present tailored solutions to clients
* Execute and develop outbound prospecting campaigns that convert interest into sales
* Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation through pitch, qualification, and deal closure
* Share ideas and help refine sales strategies, workflows, and team projects
* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and grow existing accounts
* Provide guidance or escalate minor technical setup issues
About You
* Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (B1)
* Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (tech/education sector preferred)
* Strong communication skills, energetic, goal-oriented, and organized
* Eligible to work in Portugal and reside between Coimbra and Algarve (remote positions for this region only)
* Required documentation: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible Visa (under consultation)
