Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, is undergoing strong growth and has mandates for major projects in Portugal.
The company seeks to reinforce its BPC & Architecture Department in the Porto office with a Construction/Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Coordination and management of construction teams
Execution and up-to-date planning schedules
Site management
Control of contractual deadlines execution
Costs control
Works measurement reports – validation and preparation
Construction quality control
Preparation of periodic progress reports
Monitoring of Health and Safety actions on site
Execution of provisional handover minutes and all technical documents
Requirements, Skills and Experience
Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture
2-3 years' professional experience in project management/construction work; coordination/supervision
Knowledge of Windows environment from a user perspective, with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued)
Planning and organisational skills
Orientation towards deadlines
Rigour and excellence in carrying out tasks
High sense of responsibility
Team spirit and ease of communication
Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience
Driving licence
