- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- 3-6 years of experience in Mainframe operations and Level 2 application support in Z/OS environments, including batch scheduling, supervision, incident handling, and production monitoring;
- Strong knowledge of Z/OS and Mainframe technologies, including batch execution, file systems, and resource management;
- Experience withjob scheduling and workload automation tools such as TWS and Control-M, including planning, monitoring, and manual intervention;
- Experience withmiddleware, databases, and data access, including CICS, DB2 (basic SQL), IMS, VSAM, and file transfer tools such as CFT / Connect;
- Proficiency in scripting and job control, including JCL, Shell, XML, and script generation from functional specifications;
- Experience in writing and maintaining operational procedures, reports, and technical documentation;
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including command line usage, file system navigation, and permissions management;
- Experience withITSM, monitoring, and observability tools such as ServiceNow and Dynatrace;
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes and Agile methodologies;
- Strong soft skills, including rigor, proactivity, effective oral and written communication, reporting, and alert and visibility management;
- English level B1 (minimum) and French level B1/B2;
- Residency in Portugal (candidates based outside Portugal won't be considered).
