We are looking for na IT Support Technician to join our project team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to internal users, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents, and maintaining IT systems in line with operational needs.
You will be a key part of the team responsible for first and second-line support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: User & Ticket Support:Manage and resolve support tickets using the EasyVista platform.Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.Classify, prioritize, and route support tickets according to severity and type.Answer and triage support calls, maintaining a high level of customer service.Technical Operations:Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Perform VPN configuration and support for end-users working remotely.Support network troubleshooting activities and escalate when necessary.Conduct software installations and updates, ensuring compliance with internal IT standards.Access & Incident Management:Assess and manage access change requests and their potential impact.Execute the classification and distribution of incidents in accordance with ITIL best practices.Support the resolution of technical incidents, escalating to higher-level teams when appropriate.Internal Support & Documentation:Deliver basic training to company employees on IT tools and procedures.Maintain updated documentation of incidents, procedures, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.Collaborate with other IT team members to identify process improvements.
Qualifications: Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area.1–2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably EasyVista.Proficient in Windows operating systems, Office 365, VPN tools, and basic network troubleshooting
