Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
* At least 3 years of experience working as a QA Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a similar role within the IT industry.
* Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile best practices.
* Familiarity with software testing techniques and tools — especially Jira Xray or Octane.
* Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. CSM, PSM) or other relevant QA certifications (Plus).
* Experience with automation testing tools (Plus).
* Fluency in English and French (B2).
* Availability for hybrid work in Porto, Portugal.
