About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the insurance sector to join a growing team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone with around 3 years of experience who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, analysing business requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions within Life and Non-Life insurance environments.
Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across insurance-related projects.
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
* Support the delivery of projects by collaborating with developers, testers, and business teams.
* Contribute to process improvements and help ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Requirements:
* Around 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
* Knowledge or experience within Life and Non-Life insurance.
* Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
* Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
* Ability to create functional documentation, user stories, and process flows.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* English is important but not mandatory.
