Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues reported by colleagues. Set up user accounts, configure and deploy hardware/software for new employees, deactivate accounts, and collect equipment for departures. Assist senior IT staff in monitoring network performance, checking logs, and supporting evolving infrastructure needs. Create and update guides and documentation for resolving frequent IT issues. Act as the first responder to security or suspicious activity reports; facilitate information gathering and escalation. Maintain and write basic automation scripts (e.g., with Python) for repetitive tasks. Troubleshoot user-reported issues, apply minor updates, and ensure smooth operation of internally developed tools.
