Business AnalystWe are recruiting a Business Analyst to join an international team working on a digital platform in the investment space, focused on delivering and managing financial data for global clients.This role combines functional analysis, close interaction with tech teams, and direct involvement in product delivery.Lisbon (hybrid model: 2–3 days/week onsite)Direct contract with the clientResponsibilitiesGather and translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteriaWork closely with Product Owner, architects, and stakeholders on backlog definition and prioritizationBreak down high-level requirements into structured deliverables for developmentCollaborate with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure alignmentSupport task preparation and ensure clarity for estimationsContribute to test cases and test data definition with QAParticipate in UAT and validate deliverablesIdentify gaps and inconsistencies through data analysis (e.G., SQL, APIs/Postman)Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, facilitating when neededMaintain functional and release documentationProfileExperience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleStrong analytical skills and attention to detailGood communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL; scripting or development experience is a plusAdvanced/Fluent level of English – mandatoryNice to haveExperience in the financial sectorBusiness Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA or similar)You'll be working in a context where your input is expected to make a difference, not just document it.
