Tasks
* Support and further development of the digital product "Workplace"
* Monitoring of license agreements (EA/MPSA/SCE), their terms and support in annual true-up processes
* Support with audits and license negotiations
* Supporting advice on the licensing of acquired companies
* Contact person for Microsoft CSAM in the Unified Support contract
* Interface between business partners and the various IT teams at DACHSER
Qualifications
* Completed training in IT or many years of experience in the field of IT
* Experience in project management and license management an advantage
* Strong technical and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with international teams
* Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and contracts such as MPSA, SCE and MCA-E desirable
* Basic technical understanding to analyze requirements together with IT teams and administrators and verify the right licenses
* Good knowledge of English
