You are excited about the fast-paced world of consulting and passionate about making an impact in the pharmaceutical industryYou take responsibility for your tasks and consistently deliver high-quality resultsYou are flexible and eager to thrive in a dynamic, high-achieving environment that supports both personal and professional growthYou are driven by improving business processes and optimizing dataWhat You'll DoAs a consultant at Devote Consulting, you'll be engaged in exciting and challenging tasks, including:Supporting projects: Drive changes in the life sciences industry by improving processes, data, and systemsContributing to key areas: Work within R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairsOptimizing business processes: (Re)design workflows to boost operational efficiencyManaging stakeholders: Take responsibility for stakeholder management, project planning, organizational change, and delivering necessary compliance documentationYour QualificationsWe're looking for individuals with the following qualifications:Educational background: A master's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related fieldIndustry experience: 1-2 years in the life sciences industry is a plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to applyProblem-solving mindset: You are analytical and aim to make a measurable impactCommunication skills: Proficiency in English (C1) written and spokenTechnical skills: Familiarity with system validation and GxP system operations is an advantageExperience with Clinical R&D systems CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC etc. is an advantageExperience as a consultant, business analyst or positions as CRA, Trial Coordinator or Trial Manager is an advantageWhat We OfferWe offer an opportunity to take ownership of your work and grow in your role.
