We are passionate about technology, innovation, and creating great solutions for our customers.Help design and develop high-risk components.Diagnose and resolve the most complex technical issues.Understand and play a major role throughout the entire design and delivery lifecycle, from ideation to project design, including UX, coding, testing, deployment, security, and component integration.Ensure the solution is easy to support by promoting sound design and code refactoring to minimize technical debt and facilitate deployment.Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure the long-term technical sustainability of the product.Produce clear and effective technical documentation.Level 3 (N3) support:Investigate issues reported by customers.Train Level 1 and Level 2 support teams on the technical enhancements of each release.Planning and content preparation:Support the technical lead in planning new releases.Perform complex technical analyses, always aiming for the best solution for customers.Analyze and validate requirements from the Product Manager to determine project feasibility.Evaluate and provide high-level estimates.What We're Looking For:University degree in computer science or equivalent.Experience with complex software systems.Experience working with external consultants.Strong knowledge of databases (MS SQL).Good understanding of programming best practices (unit testing, algorithms, etc.).Good knowledge of Dev Ops practices (build and deployment pipelines with Azure Dev Ops, Bitbucket, etc.).Knowledge of HL7 standards.Autonomy and resourcefulness.Strong problem-diagnosis skills.Leadership and collaboration skills.Strong team spirit and analytical mindset.Communication skills (French and English is obligatory)
