To fulfill their vision, they aim to integrate a professional with sales responsibilities.
What you will be doing
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, property showings, and ongoing communication throughout the process.
* Effectively present the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company's real estate development to potential clients.
* Guide clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
* Work closely with the development, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and client satisfaction.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
* Participate in strategic planning sessions related to market positioning and future development projects.
What you know
* Proven commercial experience in the real estate industry.
* Understanding of residential real estate transactions, contracts, and market dynamics.
* Excellent negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
* Advanced English level; knowledge of French and Dutch is valued.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
