By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential.Your contribution to something big:Evaluate and releasematerials and componentsfor assembly and interconnection technologiesDrivenew material qualificationand process developmentAssessmaterial compatibilityand process interactionsEnsureprocess validation and industrializationacross all CM division plantsCollaborate with development teams andmaterial suppliersin technical discussionsDefinedesign rules for layoutand process requirementsSpecify and standardizeprocess parameters and guidelinesWhat distinguishes you:Education:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a comparable fieldExperience:Experience inSMT manufacturingor semiconductor industry (ideally 3+ years)Background inSMT-related materials(e.g., coatings, solder paste, PCB) is a plusKnow-how:Familiarity withIPC standards(e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001) and component standards (e.g., AEC-Q100)Experience withstatistical analysis tools(e.g., Minitab)Good knowledge ofIT tools(Office, CAD)Languages:Good English skills (written and spoken)Working Style and Methods:Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, ableto work insimultaneous engineering environmentsPersonality:Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindsetExchange with colleagues around the worldMedical office (psychology and general clinic) &Social Services Officeon siteTraining opportunities (p.e., technical training, foreign languages training) & certificationsOpportunities for career progression and continuous professional developmentAccess to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products️ Sports and health related activitiesGreat access to public transportsFree transport from PortoSuccess stories don ́t just happen.
