About the RoleReport Downloading and Creation: Download and compile reports from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Presentation Creation: Develop and design presentations based on the compiled data, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.Update Tracker: Maintain and update trackers to monitor progress and ensure all tasks are on schedule.Update MOP Board: Regularly update the MOP board with the latest information and metrics.Data Gathering: Collect and organize data from different departments and sources to support reporting needs.Administrative Work: Perform general administrative tasks related to reporting, including filing, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.About YouLanguage Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.Experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of PowerApps is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.About Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
