Emagine is currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Consultant to support a global implementation project focused on Time Off and Time Tracking across multiple countries.
The role involves providing both functional and technical expertise, supporting the project from the design phase through build, testing, and deployment, ensuring a seamless and high-quality EC Time implementation.
Your main responsibilities:
* Provide functional and technical support for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time.
* Contribute to the design and build of Time Off and Time Tracking solutions for multiple countries.
* Support configuration, customization, and validation of EC Time modules.
* Ensure alignment between business requirements and system design.
* Support integration and deployment activities of the new EC Time solution.
* Participate in testing phases, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Provide detailed documentation of system settings, configurations, and implementation decisions.
* Support issue resolution and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in a global project environment.
You bring:
* Strong professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time implementations.
* Proven hands-on experience in design and build phases of EC Time projects.
* Solid knowledge of Time Off and Time Tracking functionalities.
* Ability to provide both functional and technical support.
* Experience working on multi-country / global implementations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Autonomy, ownership, and ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
* Availability to work remotely while being based in Portugal.
Nice to have:
* Experience with integrations involving SAP SuccessFactors.
* Experience supporting testing strategies and deployment activities.
* Previous involvement in large-scale or global HR transformation projects.
