Key Responsibilities:

* Process administrative requests, including contract updates, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
* Handle and organize policy-related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Review and verify customer or broker information to support internal procedures.
* Provide administrative support to teams, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
* Respond to incoming phone calls and communicate effectively with clients.
* Manage extended vehicle warranty processes and related documentation.
* Oversee contract management for insurance policies effectively.
* Register and maintain workshop/service center data in the system.
* Validate documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum C1 level in German required; proficiency in English or Portuguese necessary.
* Previous experience in administrative and back-office roles highly preferred; experience in the insurance or automotive sectors not mandatory.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Comfortable working with digital tools and administrative processes.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a structured environment.
