Asset Management Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our real estate portfolio. This involves developing and maintaining financial models, underwriting investment opportunities, and structuring deals from a financial, tax, and legal perspective.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field, with advanced Excel skills and experience in building and structuring financial models for real estate and venture capital investments.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining financial models for real estate and venture capital projects to assess returns and viability;
• Underwriting investment opportunities and evaluating their financial feasibility and strategic alignment;
• Assisting in structuring deals from a financial, tax, and legal perspective, adapting to local legislation, and managing the closing process of investments;
• Supporting negotiations and conducting due diligence to underwrite real estate acquisitions;
• Conducting asset management of real estate projects and venture capital funds, including preparing internal and investor reports, monitoring project development and cash flows;
• Creating and maintaining asset documentation, including asset specifications, warranties, and service contracts;
• Assisting in financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning;
• Facilitating the transfer of leasing and management opportunities to ensure smooth operational integration.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field;
• Strong experience in building and structuring financial models, particularly for real estate and venture capital investments;
• Advanced Excel skills, including sensitivity analysis, pivot tables, and financial forecasting to support investment decisions;
• Solid expertise in cash flow analysis, ROI, and other key financial metrics for project evaluation;
• Proven track record in asset management, including project monitoring, cash flow tracking, and investor reporting;
• Experience in evaluating real estate development opportunities, including feasibility studies and risk analysis;
• Independent, analytical, and results-driven, with strong stakeholder management and strategic recommendation skills;
• Background in real estate development, M&A, private equity, or consulting is an advantage;
• Fluency in English is required;
