From onboarding to feature discovery, your designs will directly impact product adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading UX design initiatives across the platform from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes
* Evolution of our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
* Designing intuitive workflows for complex technical tasks, including onboarding, integration setup, and feature adoption
* Conducting user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate and iterate on design decisions
* Building and testing design prototypes to gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers
* Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align designs with product goals
We seek a seasoned UX designer with a track record of building exceptional SaaS experiences and solving complex problems through elegant design. If you thrive in early-stage environments and enjoy shaping design culture from the ground up, we want to talk to you.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
* 8-10+ years of UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or complex web applications
* Early-stage startup experience in the B2B space
* Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with a focus on user-centered problem-solving
* Expertise in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
* Proven ability to translate technical requirements into intuitive interfaces
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
* Experience with component-based design systems
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
