This project falls within the business investment banking and financial services domain, with its technological hub based in Porto. The team is focused on developing innovative solutions and supporting all operations related to the business.
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to join this project in Porto, working in a hybrid environment.
* Academic background in Computer Science or a related IT degree;
* No less than 9 years of experience as a Java Developer;
* Proven track record as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with a strong focus on Java and Angular technologies;
* Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum;
* Experience in team coordination and project management;
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges;
* Strong communication skills in both French (C1 level minimum) and English;
* Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus;
* Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
