Your Responsibilities
You will lead the efforts to stabilize and improve our time and absence management solution in line with global and local requirements. This includes enhancing the platform to align with evolving business processes and organizational policies, managing country-specific change requests, and providing hands-on support in solution design and implementation.
You will also collaborate with a team of experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of functional time and absence management processes, expertise in SaaS solutions deployment and integration processes, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
The ideal candidate should have experience conducting business workshops and gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders, as well as expertise in Replicon SaaS platform implementation and configuration.
