Location: Remote from Portugal (with occasional visits to the office)
Contract: Full-time, direct with our client

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join an international project in the telecommunications sector.
Key Focus of the Role
This is a strategic position requiring someone with proven experience in managing test teams and the ability to maintain a global view of the entire testing function, across multiple teams and delivery streams. A solid understanding of testing methodologies and planning is essential.
* Design test plans aligned with application migration objectives
* Structure and lead testing activities with internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinate follow-up with the client's test teams
* Ensure proper execution, documentation, and reporting of test results
* Collaborate with developers for defect resolution and quality assurance
* Guarantee consistency, visibility, and risk control across testing phases
* Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in test management or coordination
* Strong understanding of test strategy, automation, and team dynamics
* Ability to work with distributed teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
