We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Almada. Responsibilities Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals. Provide training and support to clients on how to use various software programs. Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation. Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss. Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends. Requirements Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems. Excellent problem‐solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience working with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Knowledge of basic programming languages like HTML or JavaScript. Experience with cloud computing services such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services. Salary We offer a competitive salary of $1,400 per month for this full‐time position.
